A Solutions Provider is an organisation licensed by Royal Mail to use its Postcode Address File – PAF® – to create, modify and enhance their products and solutions. Solutions Providers sell their products onto third party Solutions Providers and to end user customers and return a royalty to Royal Mail for using PAF® data. Royal Mail’s Address Management Unit (AMU) current license approx. 248 Solutions Providers, both in the UK and overseas.
