What is Just Built™?
Just Built™ is a comprehensive database of newly built address database. A new dataset is published every month allowing you to target new home-owners at the time they need products and services.
The dates that properties are made live are captured for each address, giving you a valuable insight into when your customers are likely to be renewing services and enabling you to arrange annual renewal campaigns. It can be integrated within your existing customer management systems helping you communicate with your customers in a highly targeted way to the make the most of your marketing budget.
Just Built™ does not include any new address data in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.
Data and file formats
Royal Mail provides Just Built™ as raw data. For customers looking for Solutions that incorporate Just Built™ data please refer to the 'How to Buy' section.
Just Built™ data is available on CD or via Internet download; new data is available monthly. Records are collected quarterly from our postmen and women, so the number of records varies from month to month, depending on the number of properties reported built.

Licensing & license fees
For those using Just Built™ for developing their own Solutions
If you are a Solutions Provider or an End-User who plans to use Just Built™ data for developing your own in-house Solutions you will be required to pay a Data Use licence fee and a Data Supply licence fee.
The fees are calculated based on the number of Users who will be using the Just Built™ data. All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.

For example:
If you have 150 Users
- the first 50 are charged at £10.00 per User = £500
- the second 50 are charged at £6.00 per User = £300
- the third 50 are charged at £2.50 per User = £125
Therefore, the total fee would be £500 + £300 + £125 = £925 + VAT

For those customers looking to buy a Solution containing Just Built™ from a licensed Solutions Provider
Your Solutions Provider will incorporate the data licence fees within the cost of the Solution. Your Solutions Provider will collect and return these fees to Royal Mail on your behalf.
