1. How do I appear higher up the search results?
The most prominent listings are the ‘Premium Plus’ advertisers. Their listings will randomly change order. Below the largest listings are the ‘Premium’ advertisers. These listings also change order randomly.
2. How can I get a link to my website?
Only ‘Premium Plus’ advertisers have links to their websites.
3. Is it possible to place an advert on the Supplier Directory?
This is part of the ‘Premium Plus’ advertising package, and not otherwise available.
4. How much does it cost to advertise?
The ‘Premium Plus’ package, including the half-page-width company advert, priority over ‘premium’ and ‘standard’ advertisers, link to website, email address, larger amount of character space to provide details about your company and its products, sky-scraper advertising opportunity and and regular visitor number feedback is £5,000 per year, payable in advance.

5. Do you rotate the advertiser’s listings?
Yes we do. The ‘Premium Plus’ advertisers are rotated randomly amongst themselves, as are the sky-scraper banners. Likewise, the ‘Premium’ advertisers are rotated randomly amongst themselves. The ‘Standard’ advertiser listings are static, in alphabetical order.
6. How do I select what keywords/products that my business offers?
We recommend you select the words or phrases customers would most likely use to search for your products and services.
7. How can I update my advert?
Email us the new information on address.management@royalmail.com and we’ll update it for you.
8. When do I need to renew my advert?
Adverts are valid for one year from the date your advert is live. We will email you a reminder well before your advert is due to expire and will invoice you for a further year.
9. How can I tell how many visitors I have had to my site?
We provide regular feedback to Premium Plus advertisers on how many visitors have gone from the Supplier Directory to the advertiser’s website.
10. What resolution and format does my company logo need to be supplied in?
When you decide to advertise on the supplier directory, we’ll send you an email detailing the assets and how to supply them.
11. Who can I speak to for more information?

12. Can I cancel if I don’t get any leads?
There are Terms and conditions which we’ll send you when you express an interest in advertising. There’s a cancellation clause of 4 weeks’ notice on both sides.

No, it’s a one off annual fee.

6. How can my business get to the top of the search results?
The Premium and Premium Plus advertisers are rotated randomly.
7. If I have a standard listing, why do I need to advertise?
Research shows that visitors tend to focus on the companies at the top of the page. For your company to appear at the top of the Supplier Directory, consider taking a Premium or Premium Plus package.
8. Why are the standard listings not rotated?
The rotation service is offered only to our Premium and Premium Plus advertisers.
9. Can I just place one of my own company adverts on the Supplier Directory?
We’ve limited advertising space to the sky-scraper which appears on most of the pages. Adverts here are rotated randomly to be fair to all advertisers.
Prospective Supplier may wish to know…
1. Can I advertise on the Supplier Directory if I’m not a PAF® supplier?
Not at the moment. We may consider broadening the advertising opportunities on these pages in the future.
2. Do I need to sign a PAF® licence before I can advertise?
Yes, this advertising opportunity is only open to Solutions Providers of PAF® at the moment.
3. How do I go about becoming a PAF® reseller?

4. How does a business become a PAF® supplier?
We have a careful recruitment process and conduct thorough checks into all our Solutions Providers. All Solutions Providers have to sign up and adhere to the terms of the 2010 PAF® Licence Agreement.
5. How long does it take to become a PAF® reseller?
It can take as little as 2 weeks.
6. Can I place an advert on the Supplier Directory?
This feature is available to all Premium Plus advertisers. Adverts are rotated.
