RSPCA Case Study

Background

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) has been looking out for animals, since 1824. We are the oldest and largest animal welfare organisation in the world and one of the largest charities in the UK.
Our vision is to work for a world in which all humans respect and live in harmony with all other members of the animal kingdom. Every day, with the help of our people and our generous supporters, we take steps to achieve our mission. From rescuing a stranded deer to changing the law, we’ve already achieved so much and come so far.

The Solution

The RSPCA online shop forms part of our fund raising efforts and making sure that it gives a great shopping experience is very important. Form filling on checkout pages was identified as one of the barriers for customers and we wanted to integrate a postcode lookup solution based on the Royal Mail PAF to streamline the checkout experience.
After researching the options we selected Crafty Clicks to provide the address finder functionality.

The Result

It was an easy installation into our e-commerce checkout and we are delighted with the results and the support we received from Crafty Clicks.
We found that using the PAF data to simplify the process of form filling is a win-win solution. The customer saves time and we always get accurate address data.
