Customer Update!

The Address Management Unit, like the wider Royal Mail business, is following the Government and Public Heath England recommendations and doing all that we can to ensure the health and safety of our people.

The AMU’s priority remains to maintain PAF and continue providing you with your regular supply of data updates when you expect them. We have contingency plans in place to manage a number of different scenarios which could otherwise impact our service to you.

We are monitoring the evolving situation and will let you know if anything changes.
